How Revive Medical Billing collects, uses, and protects information submitted through this website, and why visitors must not send protected health information.
Effective November 2, 2026
Revive Medical Billing (“Revive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides revenue-cycle management services to home health, hospice, and home care agencies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit revivemedbilling.com (the “Site”) or contact us through it.
Do not send protected health information
The Site is a business marketing and inquiry website. It is not a patient portal, and it is not designed or intended to receive protected health information (“PHI”) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”). Please do not submit patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, insurance member IDs, clinical details, or any other PHI through the contact form, chat, email links, or any other part of the Site.
If you send PHI to us through the Site, we may delete it without responding to it. Any PHI we receive in the course of providing services is handled under the applicable business associate agreement and our HIPAA policies, not under this website Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you submit an inquiry or use the chat, you may provide:
- Your agency name, your name, business email address, and phone number.
- Agency type, approximate monthly collections, and the services you are interested in.
- The content of your message, including any information you choose to include.
- For chat, an optional display name, email address, and agency name.
Please do not include PHI or other sensitive personal information in these fields. If you do, we may remove it.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, our hosting and security providers may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamps. We use this information to operate and secure the Site, diagnose problems, and prevent spam and abuse.
Cookies and local storage
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The chat stores a random conversation token in your browser’s local storage so you can return to the same conversation. Our bot-protection provider may set cookies or collect signals needed to distinguish people from bots; see that provider’s privacy policy for details. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for consent.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and provide the information or services you request.
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Site, including spam and abuse prevention.
- Send service-related notifications to our team about new inquiries and chat messages.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
- Understand which parts of the Site are useful and improve them.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with trusted service providers that help us operate the Site — for example, hosting, security and spam prevention, data storage, and email delivery — and only as needed for the purposes above. We may also share information with professional advisers or a successor in a merger or acquisition where permitted by law, or with law enforcement or other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Site.
These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and, where applicable, data processing agreements. Some providers may process information in the United States or other countries.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and chat records for as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Security logs are kept for a shorter period unless needed to investigate an incident. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and restricted staff access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. The Site is not intended for PHI; do not rely on it to protect health information.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted through the Site, or ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your request and may keep certain records where required by law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we will honor requests that apply to us.
Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them. Review their policies before providing information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice.
