Pricing questions

PLACEHOLDER ANSWERS — replace or review before launch.

How is the monthly fee worked out?

It depends on claim volume, payer mix, service scope and operational complexity. We confirm fees in a written service agreement before any work begins.

Do you take a percentage of collections?

No. Fees are a flat monthly amount, which is one of the reasons agencies move to a flat model.

What is not included in the standard plans?

Medicaid-heavy workloads, historical AR recovery, special projects and unusual claim volumes may be priced separately. We are explicit about this up front rather than surprising you later.

Can the scope change as our agency grows?

Yes. Scope can be revisited as volume changes, with any change agreed in writing first.
